Our consulting practice is built on direct experience — building production SaaS with AI coding agents, embedding LLMs into live systems, and running the full software development lifecycle. Everything we advise on, we've built ourselves first.

We take on custom builds for companies that need a technical partner in the work with them, not a vendor executing a spec. We work the way we build our own products: research first, a clear thesis before anything is designed, and shipped when it's right.
