How we think about it
Systems and LLMs have to coexist — and the best implementations are ones where they actively complement each other. The system provides structure, memory, and determinism. The LLM provides flexibility, synthesis, and language. Get the boundary wrong and you get an AI that undermines the product. Get it right and the product gets measurably smarter without getting less reliable.
Custom Software Builds
We take on custom software build engagements for companies that need a genuine technical partner — someone in the work with you, not just executing a spec. We work the way we build our own products: research first, strong thesis before anything is designed, shipped when it's right.
Engagements are scoped carefully. We're not trying to maximize billable hours — we're trying to build something that actually works for the people who use it.
